Luke's friend came over wearing high heels and Ava snatched them as soon as they were off. They were too big and resulted in her slipping and doing the splits on the tile many times. She screamed, scratched and bit me when I forced her to take them off. She loved stomping around in them. Shockingly I am so not a fan of high heels on toddlers, a la Suri Cruise.
My poor baby looks like a boy without her hair done.
I convinced her that black flats were much more practical.

Screamed, scratched, and bit, eh? I guess with hair like our babies have, accessories are all they've got to assert their femininity.
